Q: How far is Zion National Park?
A: Zion is about 30 minutes from The Dwellings on Highway 9. For more info on Zion please visit www.nps.gov/zion
Q: Where can I buy groceries?
A: There is a grocery store 1 mile away in LA Verkin at Davis Food & Drug. There is also a Walmart in Hurricane 10 minutes away.
Q: How do you adjust the A/C?
A: Please see the instruction card behind the thermostat.
Q: Do we need to do anything before check out?
A: For check out, please start the dishwasher, replace the barstool chairs inside The Dwelling, turn off all lights and appliances, close and lock all windows and doors, reset the thermostat to 75 degrees, double-check all drawers for personal items.
Q: What is the sulfur smell?
A: Located along the river below us are the Pah Tempe Natural hot springs. The healing waters of Pah Tempe are a priceless natural resource that has been sacred to Native Americans for centuries. They are currently closed to the public.
Q: Are Pets allowed?
A: We love animals, but unfortunately The Dwellings is no longer a pet-friendly property. Pets of any kind are not permitted inside or outside the units. We understand this may be an inconvenience for some guests, so we’ve included links below to nearby pet boarding facilities for your convenience.

Q: Do you have baby cribs available?
A: We do not provide baby cribs. However, we recommend Rents-4-Baby baby gear rentals. Baby gear such as cribs, high chairs, bassinets, strollers, and more are available for rent to those vacationing here in Southern Utah. Rents-4-Baby delivers, sets up, and drops off the baby gear you need!
