Smoking Policy: All rooms, balconies, and patios here at The Dwellings are smoke free. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot away from other guests & away from the brush. If you smoke in your room a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed to your bill after checkout.

We love animals, but to keep all guests comfortable, The Dwellings is mostly pet-free. Dogs are welcome in a few designated units: Units 1, 7, 9, and 12. If you’re bringing a dog, please make sure to book one of those specific units and check your pet in at the front desk upon arrival. Pets are not permitted in any other units or anywhere else on the property. We understand this might be an inconvenience, so we’ve included a link below to a trusted local pet boarding facility to help make your stay a little easier.
